DIBP have advised that they expect a backlog of applications following 1 July implementation of SSVF.  Hence, all Australian institutions are requesting all agents not to delay submitting the visa application.  Students who are caught in this backlog are likely to not meet the commencement date of their nominated course and will be required to defer their offer.

Note: Every six months DIBP will review the risk rating of country & provider to check the efficiency of the newly introduced system. They will also monitor educational agents performance.
